MirrorMe Homeservice collects your Personal Information in order to enable the Applications to perform its functions, which can be used to identify, contact, and locate the person or device. This Personal Information includes, but not limited to, your name, gender, date of birth, address, IDs (KTP/SIM/Passport), phone number, user name, password, email address, geo-location, occupation, bank account and credit card details, or other documentation released by government such as photo, nationality, biometric data (including but not limited to facial recognition), your unique identifier that associated with your data, and contact numbers of users or non-users from your mobile phone.

Your Personal Information that we collect will be retrieved from you as follow:

Information That You Provide Directly

  1. When you register as a user in our Applications, you have to provide certain Personal Information, which includes your name, physical address, email address, phone number, password to access. If you are using the Application as a Service Provider, as part of onboarding process, you need to give additional information such as your photo and your bank account detail for the purpose of receiving fees.
  2. If you are using the Application as a Customer, you will need to provide us information about the type of service you seek and details about the time and place where the service to be delivered.
  3. If you are a Service Provider, you will provide us with information such as services you accept to be delivered, total fees, your current location and the time when you start and finish the order.
  4. If you are customer and decides to make payment through electronic money/wallet provided by us, you will provide us information about the details such as the amount payment, credit card details or account details, which includes the name of the account holder, credit card or account number, the issuer of the payment card or account, and all other necessary information related to the payment.
  5. When you contact our customer services, to help and serve you with certain issues, you will be asked to voluntarily provide certain of your Personal Information to us.

Information That We Collect Automatically (When You Use the Application or Website)

  1. When you use the Application, we will process your technical data. This includes but not limited to, the type of your mobile phone you use to access our Application, operational system and its version, serial number, information about your cellular network, your geo-location, Wifi location, log data such as the time and date of access, Internet Protocol address, pages you have visited, and other activities in the system. We use these data to support the Application functions, to resolve any technical problems, and to provide you with the updated and correct Application’s version including its functions.
  2. When you use the Application through your mobile phone, We will track your geo-location in real-time, activate your Global Positioning System (GPS) and other related information to support the performance of the Application. You could disable the geo-location tracking system temporarily. However, it will affect the performance and certain functions on the Application.
  3. During your visit to our website. Our website administrator will collect all technical data, which includes your IP address, your Internet browser, website pages you have visited or frequently visited, and the duration of each visit.

Information That We Collect From Third Parties

  1. We may also collect your Personal Information from third parties. Third parties include our agents, suppliers, vendors, our business partners, and others who provide services to us, perform functions on our behalf, or whom we collaborate with. In this case, we will only collect your Personal Information for or in connection with the purpose involving the third party (depending on the situation).
  2. If you wish to use the SMS/Chat feature in our Application, you will provide the telephone number of our Application users stored in your cellular phone book. This will allow you to use this feature and also for other internal purposes.

With cookie, the features of Application and/or websites that you access can store information or memorize your actions and preferences from time to time. Your Personal Information that we collect may be used for the following purposes and for other purposes permitted by applicable law:

If you are a Customer:

  1. To identify your ownership over an account in our Application.
  2. To activate any verification before using the Application, before the order can be processed, and the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
  3. To manage your account, which includes activating and deactivating, processing and managing your rewards points.
  4. To send you information through e-mail regarding general updates of the Application, surveys and special promotions such as vouchers and advertisements. You may choose not to receive information about this update at any time.
  5. To assist your enquiries and feedbacks.
  6. To communicate with you regarding the Application, orders, and to connect you with the Service Providers
  7. To send you direct notifications about orders, promotions, surveys, and other information related to your account.
  8. To allocate the Service Provider(s) in providing you with the services you ordered.
  9. To process your order and facilitate payment transactions made by you.
  10. To monitor your activities as a Customer, including behavior and demographic data, trends and usage of various services available in the Application.
  11. To assist you with any technical difficulties with the Application or services available in the Application.

If you are a Service Provider:

  1. To identify you as a Service Provider over an account in our Application.
  2. To activate any verification before using the Application and the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
  3. To manage your account, which includes activating and deactivating, processing and managing your rewards points.
  4. To make you able to provide services to Customers.
  5. To process, facilitate and complete payment for any related services available in the Application that you have provided;
  6. To assist your enquiries and feedbacks.
  7. To communicate with you regarding the Application, orders, and to connect you with the Customers.
  8. To send you a summary report and to process feedback from customers about services that you have provided.
  9. To send you direct notifications about orders, surveys, promotions, and other information related to your account.
  10. To evaluate your activities as a Service Provider, which includes your responsiveness for the various services available in the Application, and to monitor trends, behavior, and demographic data of services you have provided.
  11. To assist you with any technical difficulties with the Application or services available in the Application.

In addition, whether you are a Customer or a Service Provider, We will use your Personal Information to produce statistical information and analytics data in order to enhance the performance such as research, testing, product development, and collaboration. We may use your information to prevent, detect, and investigate any prohibited, unauthorized or fraudulent activities.

  1. If you are a Customer, your Personal Information is used to enable a Service Provider in delivering services that you ordered. If you are a Service Provider, your Personal Information is used to enable Customer to seek services from you.
  2. If required or authorized by Applicable Law such as investigations, complying with statutory/regulatory filing, or directives aimed specifically in that Applicable Law.
  3. In an emergency situation such as a concern to your safety and/or health. Disclosure is only for the purpose of dealing with that situation.
  4. In the event of a sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business by or to another company, for the purpose of the transaction even if the transaction is decided not to proceed.
  5. Disclosure of your Personal Information can be used by the insurance companies that have collaboration with us for the purpose of insurance claims.
  6. For third parties (vendors, suppliers, partners, contractors or Affiliates), with respect to the purpose of collaboration between us and third parties (depending on the situation), may include allowing them to introduce or offer products or services to you, authenticate you or link to your account, or carry out other activities including marketing, research product, analysis and development.
